Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management and control food costs to maximize profitability.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Engage with guests to build relationships and gather feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
